A selection from a seed germination event
Characteristics
A compact form of Acacia cognata 0.7-1.5m in diameter, foliage weeping with small ball shaped flowers in Spring. Diagnosis: Acacia cognata ‘Limelight’ has much finer leaves, is a smaller plant and the stems are more arching. Acacia cognata ‘Green Mist’ has narrower phyllodes and the stems are more arching.
Cultivation
Suitable for well drained soils and grows best in the southern states. Frost tolerant.
