Cultivation
The cultivar arose in cultivation in 1979 and has been produced commercially since that time by Park Native Nurseries of Park Orchards in Victoria. It is an excellent plant for use as a ground cover, especially in rockeries but also has an application for use in pots or hanging baskets. Full sun and adequate moisture are required for maximum flowering potential. The plant can withstand moderately dry conditions. It has been damaged by severe frosts in Canberra, but quickly recovers with the advent of warm weather.
