- Self-sown garden seedling in owner’s property at Kardella, south Gippsland, Victoria.
- Characteristics
- Vigorous bushy shrub to c 1m x 3-4m. Flowers:terminal dark red toothbrush type, Spring to early Summer. Possibly a hybrid between Grevillea scortechini and G. acanthifolia or G. rivularis.
- Cultivation
- Suitable for well drained soils. Best in a sunny site but will tolerate some shade. Frost resistant to -6C. Responds well to pruning.
