- Origin and Breeding spontaneous mutation: occurred as a branch on Acacia cognata ‘Bower Beauty’ in a commercial crop of plants grown by the breeder in Sep 2005 at Benara Road, Mt Gambier, South Australia.
- Characteristics
- Small compact weeping shrub 0.75m (h) x 1-1.2m (w) with unique twisted foliage. Selection criteria: plant growth habit bushy and phyllode undulation along length strong to very strong.
- Cultivation
- Low water requirements. Once established, quite dry tolerant requiring only occasional deep watering during extended periods of heat. Plant in most soil types that are well draining.
