A selection from a seed germination event. Open pollination followed by seedling selection: Dianella revoluta Queanbeyan ecotype. The parent is characterised by medium plant height, Selection criteria: blue green leaf colour, strong leaf glaucosity and very short plant height.medium internode length, foliage colour yellow green, leaf glaucosity weak, density of shoots medium. Characteristics
A clumping rhizomatous evergreen perennial shrub blue-green foliage to around 60cms with pale blue flowers in spring also small green berries.
Cultivation
Easy to establish grows well in full sun to part shade in most soils.
