- A selection from a seed germination event. Selection criteria: soft pink flowers, low bushy plant habit, vigour in cultivation, flower production and rust tolerance. PBR Status: Granted: 20-Feb-2007 Terminated: 11-May-2009
- Characteristics
- This cultivar is a moderately dense upright shrub, growing to about 2m tall by 1.5m wide. The foliage is a very dark green. The flowers occur in mid spring (late October to early November in Sydney), are pale pink in colour.
- Cultivation
- Boronia needs deep, well drained, moist soils to grow well. Plants have shallow root systems and need to be protected from hot and dry conditions by windbreaks and well irrigated during the warmer months when actively growing.
