- Spontaneous mutation or sport. A batch of mixed genotype flannel flowers was obtained from the Gatton Tissue Culture Laboratory and grown out in the greenhouse. - A tall thin selection with large flowers. Herbaceous shrub to 0.9m(h) x 0.3m(w) variable with pale grey hairy leaves and the daisylike flower heads are greenish and the petal like bracts are cream to white with greenish tips which are 30mm in diameter. . Flowering occurs in spring
