- Characteristics
- Strappy leaved shrub grows to about 0.5m in diameter with wide leaves and large purple berries in spring and summer.
- Cultivation
- Best in moist loamy soils. Easy to establish and is usually fairly hardy and frost tolerant. It does prefer some shade but can grow in heavy shade and is good for mass planting under large trees.
