- Brachyscome 'White Surprise' arose as a seedling of Brachyscome multifida in 1982 from a batch of seed collected from another form of the species. It was selected by Ms A Menzies of Audrey Menzies Nursery, Kenthurst, NSW . The cultivar was first received by the Authority in April 1987. Registration applied for by Ms A Menzies, Kenthurst NSW.
