Origin
Boronia 'Spring White' is a white flowered form of B. pinnata selected from a naturally occurring plant. Cultivar received by the Authority 24 September 1979. Applicants are Ian and Elaine Slade, Peats Ridge, New South Wales.
Characteristics
This cultivar is very floriferous, bearing clear white flowers plus/minus 1.3cm in diameter. All other features of the cultivar are as for B. pinnata.
Cultivation
This cultivar strikes readily from cuttings and grows in cultivation under the same conditions acceptable to B. pinnata. It is able to withstand reasonably dry conditions once established. It is frost hardy. Young plants flower 2 or 3 times per year but as the plant matures it has one main flowering during spring.
