- Characteristics
- A dense prostrate form of Leptospermum polygalifolium which grows up 30cms tall by 3 metres in diameter. Leaves dark green and features pink/red new growth. Flowers white 10mm in diameter and profuse in September. Diagnosis/comparators: Leptospermum polygalifolium is usually a large shrub or small tree. The closest cultivar is Leptospermum ‘Pacific Beauty’ which is a low spreading shrub 1-1.5 metres x 2-3 metres. There are no other registered or known prostrate forms of this species to compare with.
